This is part 3 of a four-part series. If you haven't read Part 1, I urge you to do so. Part 1 includes a needed brief backdrop).
THINGS I'VE NOTICED
Here is a list of general things I noticed as I reflect back on my Season of Frenzy:
1) Sunshine is a boost to my emotions.
2) A break (to do what I love doing) makes me more productive in the long run.
3) Having a "command and control" mechanism (such as my "Daily Sanity") is vital. I know everything is always in one place. Knowing this, I preserve the mind space needed to be in the moment.
4) I must eat throughout the day to keep depression or anxiety from creeping up and taking me by surprise.
These were just a few things I learned along the way. Part 4 is entitled, "HOW I TOOK MY PULSE". Stay tuned...
What are you learning along your journey these days?
Eating is key for me. Actually, starting my day with a cup of coffee truly helps. Really appreciate this series Scott.

Eating is good. I'm not a morning person so I have to force myself to have something around 10am and snack small ants throughout the day. Thanks for stopping by and commenting, Michael. It means a lot.

...not small ants. That would be gross. Small AMOUNTS (I hate auto-correct sometimes)

Scott...this is a good series. Things I noticed:
I love to go for walks and if I can walk by water all the better (puddles don't count). That always refuels me.
I love talking with my wife...it calms me.
Thanks Bro!

Walks! What a great add! I love walking and processing things with my wife. We did a fair amount of walking during the "Season".
