What causes interpersonal conflict? Among other things, jumping to conclusions is a big culprit. What is the solution? Stop jumping to killer conclusions.
The following video is a collection of a few common items. For approximately 30 seconds, I stay focused up close on the item, then pull back to reveal the context. It helps to visualize the fact that when we have a "run in" with another person, it's best to wait long enough until we understand their context before we rush headlong into conflict.
