Most days we wake up, get ready, head out the door, and pursue the purpose to which God has called us. We do our thing the best we know how. We look to God for guidance. We pray in the hard times; rejoice in the good times; and help others along the way.
But there are moments when God breaks in and captures our attention. Almost like the blinding light that gripped the heart and soul of Saul on the road to Damascus, these are "Divine Appointments".
It's in these moments we need to stop and listen. We need to "remote down". In other words, we need to stop "flipping channels" and put down the remote and tune in for the teaching of our Rabbi. Have you had a "remote down" moment lately? If so,
What did you learn from God?
What did you learn about yourself?
How are you applying the learning to your mission?
