Daddy Dates

Father_daughter_walk I follow a blog authored, in part, by Brent Carl.  Check out his account of a particular date he had with his daughter recently.

Dates with our kids are SO VITAL to developing a relationship with them.  This relationship will be needed as they grow up and hit turbulent times.  When your child reaches, say, 7th grade, you will be glad you banked a lot of positive experiences from which to draw.  It will help you navigate these times.  It will serve you well as they grow on to college too (which will be tomorrow, if you're not watching!)

Having dates with your kids is part of Serving Strong!
